I never really cared for Rihanna's music, and I still don't. "Rated R" is the fourth studio album by Barbadian R&B singer Rihanna, scheduled to be released on November 20, 2009. In other Rihanna news, She will appear on Good Morning America Thursday morning at 7am and Friday at 9pm est she will be on 20/20. I definitely will be tuning in to that! Chris Brown Sentenced to Five Years Probation

According to CNN, Chris Brown was sentenced Ttoday to serve five years probation and more than 1,400 hours in “labor-oriented service” for assaulting his pop star girlfriend, Rihanna. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said in the sentencing she wants to see Brown conduct “actual physical labor, as opposed to some type of community service.” The sentencing was delayed earlier this month because documents detailing Brown’s proposed community service plan in Virginia, where he maintains a legal residence and wants to serve his sentence, had not arrived in time for Schnegg to review them. Brown’s probation will be overseen by the state of California, the judge said. He must also complete domestic violence counseling. There you have it folks. I still say Rihanna started it, but I guess we may never know.

Chris Brown Finally Apologizes

This is the video that just popped up on YouTube moments ago! All I can say is WOW! Finally we hear something from either Rihanna or Chris. I commend Chris for apologizing. It must have been very difficult for him to deal with all the bad press and gossip sites trashing his name and saying that his career was over. I can only hope that the public at large will forgive him and let him move on with his life and career. Of course the comments on YouTube have been ruthless; people calling him an asshole, people outright saying that they don't accept his apology. But what I feel the public at large doesn't get is the fact that we don't need to accept his apologies. He did nothing wrong to us, and although what happened between him and Rihanna didn't quite stay between him and Rihanna, this is a matter that should be resolved between the two. Everyone else should really fall back with their two cents.

To the shock of many, Rihanna reunited with Chris Brown over the weekend —
but they did more than that! The couple had a tearful face-to-face meeting at
Diddy’s $14.5 million Miami mansion, during which an emotional Chris apologized,
begged for forgiveness and proposed to her on the spot.
“All she’s ever
wanted was to be with him forever,” a source tells Star. “Rihanna is looking for
the husband-and-two-kids deal before she turns 25. She believes in fairy tales,
and she wants to live hers with Chris. She was totally up front and confessed to
him, ‘I can’t live without you.’”
The pair wasted no time making Rihanna’s
fairy tale come true. They even called a minister to the mansion on exclusive
Star Island!

But, if you really want to hear some bs, check out what TMZ is reporting today.

TMZ is reporting that L.A.’s FOX 11 obtained detectives’ findings from a search
warrant in the case. The notes reveal that Rihanna read a three-page text on
Chris’ phone from another woman, which started the fight. Chris allegedly tried
to push Rihanna to get out of the car but her seat belt held her in place, and
he reportedly shoved her against the window. The notes then say she faced him
and he punched her, and continued to do so while driving.
According to the
notes, as blood spattered Rihanna’s clothing and filled her mouth, Chris then
said, “I’m going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and
see.”
As she called her assistant and left a message saying, “I am on my way
home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there,” Chris replied, “You just
did the stupidest thing ever. I’m going to kill you.”
According to the
report, Chris kept punching and biting Rihanna as well as putting her in a
headlock.

Now, someone please tell me, how the hell do you bite someone while having them in a headlock and driving at the same time? Smph, this shit just dont sound right to me.

Today TMZ released this photo of a supposedly bruised and battered Rihanna. Now, there has been another photo circulating the web, but it was proven to be a fake. See, What Had Happened Was....

Can anyone really say what happened early Sunday moring with Chrihana???? It seems to me like there is a new and different story every day. Day one, we heard that they were in a car accident. Monday we heard that Chris allegedly attacked an unidentified woman. Yesterday, we heard that Chris beat the hell out of Rihanna by punching her in the face, busting her lip, and bitting her fingers and arms. Rumors also spread that Rihanna gave the man herpes. Today E! Online reports that Chris actually choked Riri while threatening to kill her after she threw the keys to his silver Lambourghini out of the window [see I knew she provoked him lol]. And just now a statement by Chris' former stepfather was released. Donnelle Hawkins is having his say after Brown was charged with making criminal threats following his Sunday morning fight with Rihanna. Asked what he thought about reports his former stepson had attacked his girlfriend, Hawkins tells Usmagazine.com, “I wouldn’t be surprised,” adding, “He has to take responsibility for his own actions.” And Hawkins is using the interest to dismiss reports he abused Brown’s mother. He adds, “There was a lot of arguing between his mom and I (but) I never raised a hand at his mom. I spanked Chris one time. I became the bad guy. Chris was really mad at his mom for leaving his dad, so I became the scapegoat. No matter how much I tried to be a father figure, nothing worked. ”Tomorrow I'm sure we'll have another story.

A source in Chris Brown's Camp has annonomously released this statement.
They were in the car leaving the Clive Davis party. While Chris was driving, he got a phone call from a young lady. Our source tells us that Rihanna knew that Chris had been messing around with this particular girl and she has, as of late, been the reason for many of their heated arguments. Rihanna got a glimpse of the phone, saw the name and number and immediately recognized who it was. She went ballistic and began to “beat the sh*t” out of Chris (while driving). She was so uncontrollable, that Chris began to fight back in self defense, which ensued the fight. Rihanna’s rage stemmed from Chris’ questionable fidelity in the last few months.
I already know Rihanna started this fight. Hell, she probably beat her self up! My spidy senses are on deck right now lol.

Rihanna is reportedly cooperating with police in the investigation into the incident on Sunday morning that resulted in boyfriend Chris Brown's arrest for making criminal threats.
TMZ — which reported on Monday that Brown was being charged with assault with a deadly weapon in the case — that unnamed law enforcement sources described Rihanna's injuries as "horrific." Photos of the wounds reportedly show major contusions on both sides of the 20-year-old singer's face, with serious swelling and bruising, including a split lip and a bloody nose, as well as bite marks on one of her arms and several fingers.
TMZ also reported that Rihanna initially refused treatment at the scene, but allowed police to take photos of her injuries before being transported to the hospital. The Los Angeles Police Department, citing rules to protect the victims of domestic violence, would not confirm that Rihanna was the victim in the case, but she has been named by a number of media outlets, including the Los Angeles Times, which broke with its editorial policy because of what it described as the high-profile nature of the case, according to HuffingtonPost.com.
Los Angeles police would not confirm to MTV News where the victim was taken for treatment, but Radar Online reported that an unnamed eyewitness saw Rihanna being treated for injuries at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Sunday.
"Rihanna was brought through the back entrance on a gurney, flanked by two LAPD officers," the source said. "It was impossible to know it was her at first because when they wheeled her past me, she had the hood on her fuchsia-colored sweatshirt tightly drawn round her face and she was wearing big brown sunglasses. ... I knew the person was famous because of all the attention she was being given by security and medical staff."
The witness said the curtain was not drawn the entire time and they were able to confirm that it was Rihanna and that she was interviewed by police for nearly an hour. "Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming," the eyewitness said. "Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something; she sounded like she was crying as she tried to get to put her point across."
Brown reportedly fled the scene of the incident on foot with the keys to the rented silver Lamborghini the couple was driving in following the alleged attack, leaving Rihanna "beaten really badly and hysterical" by the side of the road, a source told E! Online.
"Rihanna didn't want anyone to touch her, she was in so much pain," the source said. A member of the 20-year-old's "inner circle" told E! that Rihanna's family is making plans to get her out of Los Angeles. "They want to get her back to Barbados. They want to keep her away from Chris right now."
Brown and Rihanna, who had been dating for a year, had reportedly hit a rough patch recently. They attended Clive Davis' annual pre-Grammy party on Saturday night prior to the alleged incident, but, according to reports, got into a heated argument in the car ride home following the event.
Spokespeople for the artists have made no public statements in the wake of the scandal.
Brown was booked on felony criminal threats on Sunday and released on $50,000 bail. He could reportedly face additional domestic-violence counts should the district attorney decide to press charges; the D.A.'s office has not yet received the case for review. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 5.

Didn't Catch Him On Camera!

Ok, so by now you all have probably heard that Chris Brown was beating up Rihanna......LIES. He allegedly battered some unidentified woman after attending Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammy gala in Beverly Hills. Reports show that Brown and an unidentified woman were arguing inside his vehicle around 12:30AM yesterday morning. When the pair exited the car things turned violent. A woman with visible injuries identified Brown as the attacker. A Grammy representative told The Insider that Rihanna’s face is slightly bruised from a “car accident” and she will not be able to attend or perform at the Grammy’s as scheduled. While it’s not known for certain whether he beat girlfriend Rihanna, reports are circulating that he surrendered to police at 7 p.m. and then was released after making a bail set at $50,000. Whatever the hell happened, I hope that all turns out well for the couple.

Word on the street is that Riri gave the man Herpes lol [sorry].
