Jordan L Style
Footlocker has updated their site with an upcoming release of the Jordan L Style.
Inspired by Michael Jordan’s love for motorsports, these kicks are functional and stylish at the same time. The L Style features a Jordan 1-esque toe box and outsole, but features a visible air bubble toward the heel. The upper features rich brown leather and a subtle perforated Air Jordan Wings logo on the side. Two straps over the laces make for a unique look and provide lockdown comfort.
House of Hoops and select Foot Lockers will carry the Jordan L Style, releasing in November.

JoJo Vents Her Frustration
Singer JoJo has been battling with her record label about releasing her new album “All I Want Is Everything” The album has been done for a while now and she says she just wants the fans to hear it. Well, I for one, am ready to hear it. As I wrote last month, she has worked with some top notch producers, and I'm sure the album is that shit! Real talk: she needs to leave Blackground Records alone. That label has been dead for a minute. A list of artist past and present would include Aaliyah [deceased], Tank [where is he now], Genuine [fell off], and Timbaland [focused on his own label]. She is such a talented singer, and I can understand why the record label doesn't know what to do with her. She was so young when she came out, but has such an adult swagger. Its clear to me that the label may be treating her this way because of her age and her vocal style. They don't know who to market her to. I think that now is her time. She needs to move to a label that would allow her to have more artistic freedom. I feel bad for this chick, I really do.

NYLON Magazine will auction off five of its recently recent collaboration Nike Dunks in Mexico tomorrow. With proceeds going towards Proyecto Meteoro, the end result will hopefully benefit a wealth of homeless children living in substandard conditions in Mexico. The NYLON x Nike Sportswear Dunk High is based on an aptly chosen nylon upper with tonal prints of NYLON across the side. Five colors include green, red, blue, yellow, orange and pink.
