My Brief Conversation with "Sister" Patterson [New York aka Tiffany Pollard's Mother] on Twiter
I just happened to have come across Sister Patterson's page and was baffled by the fact that she really calls herself "Sister" [If you're familiar with her you will know why I'm baffled lol]. I randomly mentioned her in one of my tweets, which resulted in the following.

Those of you who are avid soccer - or as it is called across the pond “football” - fans are well acquainted with the name Rio Ferdinand. To mark his success, Nike Sportswear has decided to include one of their star athletes in their 1World program.
Using a premium Air Force 1 Low as a base, the 1World x Rio Ferdinand comes in a clean white colorway accented by dope colors, details and textures. Adorning the Swoosh and heel embroidery is metallic gold while the mid-panel, toe-box and heel-tab are all embossed with a clean alligator pattern. To put icing on the cake of this design is an icy mid-sole and out-sole revealing a some-what visible air bubble and to make the shoe truly unique ” ‘IF’ I got just 1 minute to play professional football I would die a happy man,” is printed on the insole. These just released at Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer street.

The Number One Album is Still Not Enough
Congrats to Chrisette Michele for having the #1 album in America! Chrisette’s Epiphany sold 83,000 copies during the week ending on May 10. The problem is, her solid 83,000 performance would make the WORST number one debut in SoundScan history! LOL the internet is king. What artist really need to do is put their album on their website [or Imeem.com] for a couple of week before the release date so that fans can get a preview of it before they decide to buy. It sooo worked for Kanye who, last year, released just about every [unmastered] track from 808's before the album came out. By the way, Ciara’s Fantasy Ride came in third with 81200 copies sold.
