Unjustifiable Thoughts???

Hmm......were do I begin? Lets say that "hypothetically" I used my credit card to pay for a meal at a Chinese restaurant. This is the only use of this card all week. The very next day I see that fraudulent charges are being made on my account. One of these charges happens to be coming from somewhere in Hong Kong. Would it be wrong to believe a Chinese person stole my credit card information?
