Singer Cassie has been catching a lot of hate over this recently released photo of her on the set of a photo shoot, but I must say that I like it. Overall I don't like the shaved head thing on her [it really does not match her music or image], but there are ways to make it work, I guess.

This video sucks so badly it makes me mad! This is like the lamest video Cassie has ever done [aside from " Me & U"]. It looks like they shot this in one day! They really could have came harder. Some dancing, maybe, and a set / wardrobe change.... And lets not forget about that damn haircut! That shit is not sexy; the song is sexy, but not that damn haircut! A great song wasted on a not so great artist!

Is Anyone Else Looking Forward to the New Cassie Album???

Is it wrong for me to admit that this new haircut on Cassie kinda does have me extra interested in her upcoming album "Electro Love", set to be released in June? I mean, seriously, it makes me wonder..... There are all the rumors about her on-again-off-again relationship with the Didster; the on-again-off-again relationship with Ryan Leslie; the nipple rings. And now this haircut. I was doing a bit of research, and I even found that she is rumored to be working with top producers such as The Neptunes, Akon, The Clutch, Danja, and RedOne. So, we have media buzz AND top producers on deck.... you do the math! This might be a high selling, DECENT album. I so might download it when it leaks. Until then, check the leaked tracks and come to your own conclusions.

Cassie recently opened up and spoke on why she pierced her nipples…

Sexy R&B star CASSIE had her nipples pierced to help her keep breast cancer at bay. The pretty 22 year old’s mother is a two-time breast cancer survivor and the singer was recently tested to make sure she was free of the disease. After the check-up, Cassie had her nipples pierced in a bid to show cancer she was a fighter. She says, “I got my piercings before I got my results, like positive energy… I think it’s sexy. I’m proud of them.” But she admits the decision to get pierced would have backfired on her if medics found the cancer gene. Cassie adds, “I’m sitting there with my parents, my mom’s sobbing after she finds out that I don’t have the gene, and I’m like, `Guess what, mom and dad, I got my nipples pierced.’ “It was nerve-racking because I was like, `My mom’s going to kill me if I have this gene and I got these things.’”
