Air Jordan VI (AJ6) - Pistons Edition

Updated for 2010, the Air Jordan VI (AJ6) fashions a entire new color scheme, those closely resemblance to the colorways of Detroit Pistons. Accentuated with thick overlays in black suede, punctuated with grey panels all around and clear outsole. Physical elements remain the same as the one introduced in 1991, including the heel pull tab, which fashioned like rear spoiler of Michael Jordan’s Porsche 911. Set to launch in the next few months, the Air Jordan VI Pistons Colorways Edition is currently available at MarqueeSole.com

Air Jordan I (AJ 1) Retro High - DMP 60+ Chicago Boston Collection

The year was 1986 and the then second year player Michael Jordan had a lot to proof after the initial hype of his entry into the NBA. This was especially true for the “old guards”, who felt Jordan was nothing more than just a media darling. However, that would all change on April 20th, during Game 2 of the First Round Playoff between Chicago Bulls and Boston Celtics. Despite the best effort from Larry Bird and the Celtics, all their attempts were futile as Jordan set himself into the record book, with 63 points, for the most points scored during a post-season game.
To mark that dramatic game in basketball history, Nike and Jordan Brand created a special Air Jordan I Retro High - Defining Moments Pack (DMP) 60+. Consists of 2 pairs Air Jordan I (AJ1) Retro Edition, identical to the pairs worn by Jordan himself at the time. Each to play the roles in the long drawn out rivalry with 1 in traditional Black-Varsity Red colors of Chicago Bulls and the other in White-Clover of the Boston Celtics. On the inside, you will find an inscription of that historical date along with Jordan’s score. Packaged in a special collector’s boxset, the Air Jordan I Retro High - Defining Moments Pack (DMP) 60+ is scheduled to launch worldwide tomorrow at selected Jordan Brand account, including Düsseldor’s Schuh-You.
